Link Widget Title is a dead simple WordPress plugin that makes widget title and/or the entire title bar clickable by adding your own URL link.
How to use it:
1. Download the Link Widget Title and unzip.
2. Upload the link-widget-title folder to the Plugins folder.
3. Login to the WordPress admin panel to enable the plugin.
4. Expand a widget and insert your own URL for the widget title.
5. Determine whether or not to open the link in a new window/tab.
6. Determine whether or not to make the entire title bar clickable.
7. Save the widget and done.
