The Fancy Image Link WordPress plugin shows a custom Read More button with a link on the image when hovering over.
How to use it:
1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Create a new Fancy Image Link in the Gutenberg editor.
3. Insert the URL and Read More text into the field and upload an image to the block. That’s it.
