Select Post Export is a WordPress plugin that allows you to export the specified content types (posts, pages, or media) as an XML file.
How to use it:
1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. On the settings page, select which content types are allowed to export:
3. Select posts, pages, or media files you wish to export and select Export Individual Posts from Bulk Actions.
4. Click the Apply button to export the selected posts into XML.
