How to use it:
1. Login to the WordPress as admin.
2. Search for the plugin name Easy Broken Link Checker on the Add Plugins page.
3. Install & activate the plugin.
4. Go to the Settings page and you will find how many internal and external broken links found on your website.
5. You can also recheck and edit all detect links under the Detected Links section.
6. General settings.
- Check Interval: Check existing links every x hours
- Email notification: Send notification to administrator email about newly detected broken links. Send notification to author email about broken links in their posts.
- Email address to send notification: If empty, it uses the setting default email address.
7. Config how the WordPress handles external and internal links.
- Open external/internal links in new window/tab.
- Add
dofollowornofollowattribute to external/internal links.
