Popover Tool is a small WordPress plugin that displays a tooltip-like popover on the top of any selected text when clicked.
Works with the Gutenberger editor.
How to use it:
1. Search for the plugin name Popover Tool on the Add Plugins page after you login to the admin panel.
2. Install and enable the plugin.
3. Select some text in the Gutenberg editor.
4. Insert popover content into the Add Popover Content textarea on the right side.
5. Save the post and done.
