Depends on pure CSS. No JavaScript needed.
How to use it:
1. Download the ‘Responsive Youtube Video’ plugin.
2. Upload the zip to your WordPress.
3. Install and activate the plugin.
4. Insert the shortcode into your WordPress post and/or page. That’s it. Don’t forget to replace the Video ID with your owns.
