How to use it:
1. Download and upload the plugin into the WordPress.
2. Install and activate the plugin.
3. You can also install the plugin directly in the admin panel.
4. Goto the Settings page to customize the plugin.
5. Customize the content & action button displayed in the notification bar.
6. Turn on the Fixed Position option to make the notification bar always be fixed on the top.
7. Enable the Notification Bar and done.
