How to use it:
1. Download the plugin on this page and then upload the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Then activate the plugin on the Plugins page in the WordPress.
3. Done. The plugin will automatically insert the Last Modified Date on the top of the main content of your WordPress post.
