Simple Welcome Ad is a WordPress plugin which makes it easier to display a non-intrusive fullscreen welcome Ad with an auto-dismiss countdown timer on your WordPress website.
You can specify how long before the user will see the welcome Ad again. Normally it is 24 hours which is 86400 seconds.
The welcome Ad will only display on the desktop version of your website and auto disable on mobile devices.
The goal of the plugin is to create a simple welcome Ad that adheres to the new Google Ad Experience guidelines.
How to use it:
1. Search the Simple Welcome Ad plugin from the Add Plugins page.
2. Install and activate the plugin.
3. Click the Welcome Ad link in the sidebar.
4. Insert your Ad code to the textarea and check the Enable the Welcome Ad.
5. Specify the Length of time in seconds before ad shown again. If you leave it empty, the welcome Ad will show every time you visit the website.
6. You can also specify the background color and background image of the welcome Ad.
7. Save the settings and done.
